I have booked my room on 6th October and it get cancelled by Oyo Rooms in midnight and they have initiated the refund as they're showing and money will be refunded in 7 to 14 days. But i haven't received the refund so i talked to my Bank about the same they asked for Return Reference number and i asked the same from Oyo Rooms but they're not providing the same even they're not attending the issue sincerely. Whether on call or app assistant they're just putting the call on hold or in app they're just transferring.
I'm trying to get my refund from 2 days but they're not behaving in way they should behave. I'm literally fed up with a Oyo Rooms services. So its a very kind request to Oyo Rooms kindly look into the matter asap and resolve the same.
