I have booked two oyo rooms and have paid rs. 2114/- (For two days i. E., feb 13 to feb 15 with booking id:- ijok8751) and rs 1504/- (For one day feb 13 with booking id :- dcpm0329) repectively for both rooms. But on arriving at the hotel, i was infomed that the room which was booked for two days was cancelled. When asked how can you cancel with out prior information, oyo executive has informed that they have called me and i had not attended. But i have not received any call from anybody. I had wait with my family of five persons in hotel lobby along with my 7 months old baby. This is very unacceptable. I was given one room and was asked to pay rs. 500/- hundred for the extra bed they provided. And in the app also my refund was not being shown, i dunno why. I want an explanation, why was my booking cancelled at the last minute and why was not allowed any other room at the same hotel and why was forced to pay for the extra bed they provided along with full refund of my cancelled room (Booking id:- ijok8751) and i want quick response in this matter Was this information helpful? |
