[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — refund of extra amount which I paid.

This complaint is in reference to the booking id IAQJ1079,
I have had already made a complaint and am after it since almost two weeks.

I have talked to several guest appearance managers who could understand my issue and had also sent me an email for my refund. After that they called me and denied from the refund.

I have continuosly tried explaining and giving my clarifications but the mangers show no responsibility and just try shedding of their hands from probing and providing a solution to me.

Acted so vaguely and was reluctant to understand my issue and simply denied hereafter to refund me my money.

I talked to Monica(manager), who understood me well but didn't even email me or took any actions.

Here after I talked to someone named Ahmed of the same designation, who assured me of sending me an email of whatever investigation or steps that would be taken to resolve this. So that I have a proof of talking to someone.
He bluffed me again with no call backs or any emails.
I don't remember the names of several mangers I talked and they never showed up.
This is ridiculous and quite unprofessional.

The goo[censored]p was created by a third oyo agent to whom I just called for fetching details about the hotel premises had booked.
He tried to woo me to get a booking only through him and when I didn't, he deliberately made a booking in my name where I had already booked and perhaps also canceled my previous booking which I got on a lesser price through phonepe app.

Now, while checking out from the hotel, the management asked me to pay the higher amount which was booked through that oyo agent and me having no time had to pay the full amount which I wasn't supposed to.

The mangers act so stupidly and just can not understand that. I have even asked them to hear the phone recording of the agent if they don't believe me. Why would I be making two bookings in my name in the same hotel, on the same day and that too with a higher price of 376.

I hope you would understand all the goo[censored]p if read my long emails sent to me bivek or back track my booking id.

No one even bothers to answer customers emails. This was really the worst experience one could ever have.

However if someone responsible reads this email and tries to solve the issue and refund my money, he or she would be greatly appreciated.
