[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — refund of my cancellation fee

I booked my room in oyo8508 in chennai but then i was refused check in. I shifted my oyo to oyo flagship porur, but when i got to that location there was no oyo room only. I only got 264 as my refund amount whereas i was charged for cancellation fee whereas i didn't cancel only. Oyo person cancelled my booking and i was charged 873. I then kept on calling customer care number and they just put. My call on hold. It was not my fault that i cancelled it was cancelled from oyo's end and i am bearing it. I want my full amount back, as i didn't even get into my oyo room.

There is a very pathetic service from your customer care agent they called me but there is no response from them they guyz are sleeping in the office time, why the oyo hire such kind of sleepy employees

I will never use oyo again cancel my policy that i booked today,
