I have had multiple issues with oyo. This was the latest.
I had paid a part of my booking through oyo money and had to cancel it because my guest complained about the quality of the hotel. Now they have initiated a refund for the amount paid in cash (They have asked for 14 days for me to wait for the refund!). But they have not refunded the oyo money.
My booking id is bx0n7241.
