I booked a hotel in jodhpur. We were 5 boys staying there from udaipur. On reaching there we were denied from staying on the grounds that the property we were offered was having electrical maintenance work. We called the customer care where we were shifted to another property. On reaching there, we kept on calling out to open the gates but nobody came out. We wasted our 3 hrs approximately. The time of this incident was 2 am to 5 am. We booked the hotel at 12:30 am on 16 november 2018. The customer care who were supposed to help us out, put our calls on hold for more than half hours. At last when i requested for refund, i was told that it will be made with in 7 to 14 business days. But till today i. E. 11 december 2018, i have not received any refund. All i got is a discount code of 1000 rs on my next booking with in 6 months. Am i supposed to travel again just to claim that discount even if i don't want to? What kind of solution it is to a serious problem like ours? For your kind information
