We had booked 3 rooms in chennai for 14th october. My parents were travelling from brahmapur, orissa via train no. 22612 on 13th october and they were expected to arrive in chennai on 14th october at 3 pm but due to titli cyclone which landed in orissa on 11th oct, their train got delayed by over 19 hours and they checked into the hotel at around 10:30 am on 15th october and had to check out at 1pm the same day. We checked into one of rooms on time but other 2 rooms we hardly stayed for couple of hours. Because my parents arrived late in chennai so we also couldn't reach on time in rameshwaram and we hardly stayed at that hotel too. As their arrival was delayed due to after effects of natural calamity so we are hoping we can get some refund for the stay. We checked with the hotel team and they said only oyo can help with this. We have been trying to contact oyo customer service team but have not received any proper response from them yet.
