Hi,
I have had the worst experience with oyo. I had recently booked a hotel and to my surprise the rooms where in horrible condition with ac not working, hygiene issues and the hotel denied to change my rooms.in this regard the hotel property agreed to provide a full refund for the stay, but the oyo team is playing ping pong. They say they can refund only rs 500, am just shocked. Is oyo trying to play with customer emotions?. This is my booking id ecib4162.
