I Mr. Nabhen Mane booked a stay at OYO 8685 Hotel StayLand at Khar dated on 11/10/2021. The receptionist asked for an RT-PCR negative report before the check in, to which I agreed to show him the negative report. As per the ICMR Rules RT-PCR reports are valid for 72 hrs but the receptionist refused to take that report and said he would need a report taken within 24h.
Then we left the hotel premises since he did not let us check in & booked a stay somewhere else.
So I would request to kindly give me my refund. I have been trying to call the customer care services & got no solution what so ever, also got ill treated.
The customer care service executives told me to stay on hold and they kept me on hold for at least 15-20m straight & the call got disconnected automatically.
I request you to give me my full refund of ₹1508/-
