[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — regarding harassment by the oyo hotel

I booked oyo hotel pine view on 22 april, 2019 at 10.15 pm with scheduled arrival time 12:00 to 03:00 am but when i reached near hotel location through google maps at 02.30 am, i could not find the way to reach the hotel which is located across the river. I called upon the given number on oyo app many a times but no one picked up the calls. Due to this, all the night i had to suffer on roads. I want my payment to be refunded and take the necessary action against hotel manager.

I have issue related to refund of rs. 8370/-..my booking id WEKT0465. But after 1 and half month no refund will received and many times i called to oyo executive..but no satisfactorily response recived..

Hotel management not providing dinner after taking order and refuse to provide dinner at 11.30 PM. Manager reporting that cooking gas problem is there. Booking no Pwkv 0825, Hfdz8695,
