[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — regarding hotel shifting

I have 2 bookings on 26 december 2019 of goa at hotel 61965 spot on hotel good shepheard. 1st booking (Booking id 9qhlm5491) members 3 rooms and 2nd booking (Booking id vmsq7401) 3 members 1 room but on 21 december i got a message that 2nd booking of 3 members 1 room has been [censored]ed to anothet hotel 11950 hotel relax holiday home due to unavoidable circumstances. I did not understand what is the issue. How can 1 family live in one hotel and another 3 families in another hotel. I called oyo customer care no. 25- 30 times, every time they are saying that issue will be solved but yet the problem remains as it is. Is it the policy of oyo to unsatisfy the customer. I wont recommed anyone to book hotel through oyo as my experience is very bad till date
