Oyo Rooms — regarding the booking of fake hotel that doesn't exist

This complaint is against oyo room for the booking of a fake hotel that doesn't exist.
I booked a room in oyo 9140 maharana greens at kukas on 27 february 2020 for 28 february to 2 march (3 nights).
The location of the hotel was shown in the app, it seemed a good location.
I paid the total booking amount online.
The booking was confirmed from oyo for the above mentioned dates.
I reached kukas on 28 february around 9 pm with my family. I searched for the hotel location via the location that was given in the app.
When i reached the exact location, there was no hotel at that place. I searched for the hotel nearby, but, the hotel was nowhere.
I asked the people around about the hotel they said that there is no hotel nearby that location.
I was shocked and worried to know this. As, i was at unknown location with my family stranded in late night on the streets.
So, i called the oyo customer care regarding this issue. They told that there is some issue with their app. It's showing wrong hotel by mistake. And the best they can do is refund my money back.
The biggest issue here is that oyo is taking booking of non existing hotel, taking customer money and leave them stranded in the streets.
What kind of service is this?
Just taking the money without confirming the hotel whether if it's present there or not.
Actually, they are cheating customers to book the fake hotels, takes the money and then take no guarantee of the booking.
I've all the proofs the booking and location shown by oyo.
