[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — regarding the pathetic associates sitting in that 24 hours call centre

I had a concern regarding a booking made on 1st december! Called up the same day evening where in the associate asked me to call morning as the ground team wasn't available! I have been trying calling them from morning and they put me on hold for more than 10 min without even acknowledging me... Later my call is merged with a different customer without any information! Who is going to resolve the issue not sure about it!
