[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — room services

There were a lot of problems with the oyo room 13043 sree sai suits, bangalore. Booking id - fnau3029.
1. I booked for 3 people. But no extra mattress was provided. Extra charge was already paid.
2. No complimentary breakfast was provided.
3. Toilet flush was not working.
4. Night lamp was not available.
5. Hot water was not readily available and it wasted our time.
6. Only 1 towel was provided for 3 people.
7. Room service was careless.

I feel cheated with this experience with oyo and it makes me doubtful with my future bookings with oyo. I request refund of the amount for this kind of pathetic and disgusting experience.
