[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — room was not ready on time & no attendees available to take care of guests

I booked room through oyo and 1 day ago confirmed with their representative to get the room ready by 9.15am to 9.30am as i was gonna do early checking with my wife and 4 year old kid. He agreed to do so as per my requirement.in morning as i reached the room, there was no attendee so i called up oyo cc to ask for room access key. They told me that room will be vacant by 11am and will need time to clean up the room so i will get the room by 12pm as per company norms though there was no one staying in any room. I said okay to it n went nearby seaside. By 11.45am, i came back to hotel & saw no attendees were there. I waited there till 12pm to get the room but to no use. Room did not ready by 12pm as per your company norms. Still i did not receive a single call from oyo to check whether i got a room or not. I called up oyo cc to check the status n they are telling me that room cleaning will be done in 15 mins more. When no one is there to clean the room how room will be cleaned. I would suggest people to never ever go with oyo. When i asked for refund the money, they are teeling me it will take 7 to 14 days as per company norms. Why should i care for your company norms. Was it my fault that room was not ready on time?

In email you have said that you will refund the amount which I spent for booking room. Is this the only solution?
You guys are not doing any favor to me by refunding my amount. I want you guys to take appropriate action on those who are in fault.
