Myself sanjay prajapati, requested to oyo team for providing soft copy of invoice for my last stay in chennai region - nestle inn oyo hotel in the month of sept'19.
But i was very surprise to see the kind of attitude from mr vishwajit from customer support who rather to provide the solution was pointing my mistake you misplaced hard copy of invoice hence i will not provide the invoice copy.
I dont expect such rude behavior in the service industry when market is too competitive & challenging.
You shall need to look into customer service department & take assessment as it has direct impact on company image in the market.
I am working with srl group where many of the employee book the oyo hotel whenever they go to remote or link city. If i am not getting any support will discuss to admin for next course of action.
Let me know the status to enable next escalation over this.
