The oyo life property i was staying at got shut down suddenly without much prior notice and i was promised that my security deposit will be refunded within 7-10 working days without the extra deductions that are normally there. There wasn’t much time given to vacate still i vacated the property on deadline. It’s been three months and i have called oyo life customer support multiple times but i still haven’t received my refund. They just keep postponing the issue instead of resolving it. I want my money back just the way it was promised!
