The issue that i have experienced was: i have booked a room for 5 person in shimla. I have confirmed my booking and made a payment and they accepted. This is the confirmation which i recieved. But they are unable to provide me the service and i suffered a loss of 50k.
After that when i reached there as it has been soo cold in shimla. I was waiting outside of the hotel for 3 hour nobody is opening the hotel in. After 3 hours a person came and said we are not providing as it is not under oyo service. I called to oyo customer care they said they will provide another hotel after 2 hours i recieved a call from oyo they are unable to provide so please go to non oyo room. Because of that i suffered a loss of 50k and met a car succident as it is 2 am in night and i have been searching a room in 2 degree. We were 5 friends and suffered a huge loss.
