I had booked my sri lanka package from oyo total holidays and paid 25% advance after they constantly kept calling me (Even on weekends). After the ongoing tensions, i asked them to cancel the package and they told me that refund won't be an issue as they are no longer taking bookings for sri lanka as they situation there is too bad and i shouldn't be worried about it!
I have constantly called the agenct - vikas sharma and he has not responded to any of my mails or calls. He just puts it on his supervisor and disconnects the phone if i call him from a new number.
This is the worst customer service ever. Also, a major fraud agency. Was this information helpful? |
