I had booked two rooms at oyo 14472 brahmaputra guest house, guwahati for 24th sunrise check in. But unfortunately only one room is given and i am waiting in the lobby for second room check in. It is very unfortunate not to get a room even on advance booking with full payment.
Now i request you to refund me sunrise check in extra amount paid by me.
I am writing this mail sitting at the lobby waiting for normal check in
