The room had a air conditioner that is not working but simply kept here to cheat customers. The oyo app is involved in making false promises to cheat customers. The hotel management is blind to my complaint. The bed sheets were never washed in months. The floor is also not swept. Lthe hotel is manikya hotel, bangalore, oyo 22471. My booking id is lcym4236
