While booking the property i have spoken thru your customer care help desk, i have informed them i would require early checking my flight came around 3.20 am in goa, therosa villa mr. Sahoo organised car pick up to my surprise when we reached mr. Sahoo refused the rooms said ourbooking starts after 12.00 noon hence we have to wait, at wee hrs we have faced lot of in convenience, has to look for couple property at 6, 00 am after speaking with oyo customer care we could get in hotel sona at goa. As per our infor both mr. Sahoo and car driver hand in gloves and made money out deal with room booking and car booking i end up paying 1700 for pick up and mr. Sahoo made money on pretext of valentines day night with third party which eventually denied our admission in the wee hrs of 15/02. Please take strictier action. Car driver mr.
