[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — tour bookings confirmation not received even after partial payment and no response

Sir as on date 23.01.2019 i booked for a holiday tour package for ooty and i also pais 2000 to oyo. But i am still not received any confirmation till now. I want to complain against oyo executive ms ishida thakur who is not give me any response after that. Please take a action against her help me bcz if i suffer any economic problem due to oyo than i complaint in consumer forum.
