I had booked a room on 14 december 2019 on spot 64116 with the check-in time of 12 pm and check out time of 11 am on 15th of december with a booking id of xeil7802 i had already paid the booking amount. At the time of check-in at the hotel the receptionist said that the check checkout time is 14th december midnight and he didn’t allow me to check-in into the hotel so i have i had gone for cancellation of the booking and had i had not received and refund amount also while arguing with the receptionist and the customer care people of oyo they have wasted an hour hour and a couple of hours but i didn’t get the refund amount
