Issue are: during stay (Checking date[protected] checking out date[protected] early morning 4:00 am) at oyo 3519 hotel garden inn sbi builiding godowlia varanasi misbehaved by reception person reason is that when we was coming to tour destination, unlocked the my room but by mistake room key leave on the door. When again going to another destination found key is missing. We call to reception to inform issues and getting some help & demand to duplicate key to lock room but with respect to help demanding penaulty charge for duplicate key is inr 1000/- extra. And say to apko abhi payment kr dijiye nhi to subah subah apko checkout krna h. Hm nhi chahte ki apka morning kharab ho. And today time of checking out 4;00 am, we are paid penaulty charge 300/- after unethical behaviour to receptist at hotel.
