[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — unsatisfactory service and rude behavior of frontline staff

We had booked room in oyo flagship hotel supreme but unlike the name nothing was supreme or superior. Our booking id was bqoe6093 room no-202 and had booked room from 20th till 23 rd january. The frontline staff mr. Dash and one bulky lady in the front desk were very very rude to us. The rooms were untiedy and were not cleaned regularly inspite of calling them regularly for cleaning. Overall it was a pathetic experience. Our lunch meal was not served. Basic aminities like water were also not served saying that it is chargable. When we still insisting saying that we would pay for water one bulky lady in the counter told one of the staff to tell us that water will only be available in the afternoon in very rude tone. Our request for late check out was also refused by mr. Dash. On 22 nd night he told us that it will be chargable and 23 rd when we asked him to extend our stay by 4 hrs he very rudely told us that we dont have any rooms. Being in a service industry it should be very clear that customer is everything and your brand value will decrease if you do not treat your customers properly. As per service request i request you to refund my money as we were unsatisfied with the facilities.
