[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — what is wrong with your search in the website

You have completely lost it OYO. Your customer experience is very bad.

When I search for nearby my location what the heck the results are popping out ? That too ...5-7 KMS away from my location. I have seen a OYO hotel just 0.5 kms away when I SCROLL DOWN the list. And that bugger wont take the booking directly, instead he guided me to book on your stupid website which doesnt even show. Look at the image attached...where I am searching and what results are coming up. Irrelevant.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HANDLING.
