[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — worst experience booking oyo rooms

I have had worst experience going through oyo hotel. I have booked a room under the oyo flagship 29128 (Hotel atithi jaku) in shimla for two nights from nov 2, 2019 to nov 4, 2019. The booking id is[protected]. The pictures shown on the website of the room were completely different to the reality of the room when we got there. When i was booking the room, it was showing with 180 sq. Ft room and also include many amenities in the room. But when we checked in, the room was very little. They had no internet service from couple of months which they never mentioned on the website. Also the bathroom in the room was very disgusting. It had all the cigarette butts all around. The geyser wasn't working. There was no heater provided where it was mentioned on the website when i booked. When i asked for the heater, they said they will charge rs. 150 for one night for using heater.
Also i chosen my room with the breakfast include option where i pay extra for that. I have only provide a cup of tea and a small bowl of poha. I talked to the hotel manager aaushi about this, but she was hopeless. She told me that she can't do anything and provided me the oyo customer care number. I called the customer care number and talked to the floor manager but they were helpless to resolve the issue. The customer care team had no sense of talking to their valuable customer. The manager sachin and the other manger called jai kishan were very rude over the phone from the customer care team.
Its really a shame on the oyo and the team who doesn't look after their customer and just want customers hard earned money.
Now i want this issue to be resolved and want my refund back which i paid about rs. 3514 for nothing, otherwise i have to take this matter further to the court. If you have any question please email me on [protected]@gmail.com
