[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — worst experience stay

I travelled lucknow and booked satya shiv resort through oyo, at first they rejected to have received any such booking, next they denied the price at which we booked for, next the washroom was so unhygienic, the staff denied to clean, the bedsheets and blankets and even pillows were brown to white with dirt. There was no drinking water facility. The owner was too rude and was discussing the flaws of the oyo facilities and fighting with us at mid night. The oyo customer care and the owner had altercation which was so undesirable. If oyo cannot provide services be not the one to promise to do so. They refused to change the blankets, they refused to give cussions. The rooms were not which were shown in the picture and were harassing us at the midnight and asking for more money. After an hour of altercation oyo staff let us stay but the experience was worst. Oyo will no longer be recommend by me. The reason people book online is to avoid congestion and pleasant stay. There was no pleasant as an adjective in this stay. There were times when we decided to leave and shift to the other hotels which we have already done just after a night stay. I through my sources will make sure to complain to the tourism state as well as centre and hotel association regarding the unpleasant stay and the unexpectable service of oyo rooms. It wasn't a resort it was a guesthouse were rooms were made for the purpose of marriage, there could not be any peace in the place of marriage functions, it was not even a proper hotel for a proper stay. I would not blame the hotel but oyo for breaching a contract of trust and reaching such fraudulent hotels and showing fake room pictures to us and not maintaining the dignity of the services. I would rather reach consumer forum as well for not providing what promised as a piece of a contract between me and oyo.
