I booked a hotel in ahmedabad oyo park sangam we checked in around 3:30 then they gave us the room in which their were many problems like:-
1) their ac was not working and after complaining they didn't even reply.
2) my brother came to meet me in hotel they didnt allowed him to my room and he was their for more than 1 hr in reception which was the worst thing or incident of my life it was too embarrassing.
3) when we asked for mineral water in the hotel they said they dont keep mineral water in hotel.
4) it was mention that they will give complimentary breakfast but they didn't even gave call for breakfast and we didn't get anything in breakfast.
5) i called several times on oyo customer care they put my call on hold for 15 minutes almost 3-4 times.
