Hello oyo team,
My name is sahik shaikh and i have booked a triple occupancy room on 2nd august 2018 to 6th august 2018 for shiva valley booking id (Fxug5702)
I paid a total of rs 5933 on the day of booking through oyo app.
Now the problem is that, today, on the 4th of august the hotel manager is telling me that your booking is cancelled and a refund of 1480 is initiated from oyos end and if you want to stay till 6th then you have to do a fresh booking.
Now just to inform the oyo team that i have not at all made any cancellation from my end.. And this must be a problem from your end as informed to me by your customer experience manager supriya..
Another problem is that none of my number including my registered numbers are working here so in that case i gave this property managers number tp supriya.. But they said they are not able tp contact any of the numbers..
Now i am really frustrated with this as i am with my aged parents and the property manager is time and again asking me to call the customer care or solve the issue myself.
I am not going to pay a single penny to oyo or even this hotel as i have made full payment during booking..
I have sent several emails to oyo and to supriya and also got replies but the issue has not been solved yet...
