[Resolved] OYO — tax invoice

Please ne informed that i have booked a hotel (Oyo 15153 rudraksh hotel &resort) through oyo. I have already intimidated oyo executive for tax invoice befor booking and they assured that it will be provided while checking out.
At the time of checkout i asked at hotel reception for the invoice but they denied and suggest that it will be provided by oyo.
At same time i have call oyo customer care and informed the same for tax invoice. They asked for gst details and address for which invoice to be issued and confirmed that details have been updated and the invoice will be mailed to you within 48 hours.
But i have not received the tax invoice till the time.
Kindly help in providing gst invoice.

Updated by Krishansharma23 Issue resolved as "Tax invoice could not be issued reason being the amount which charged for room tarrif was below thousand rupees which is not taxable"
