I have made a hotel booking on oyo app on 26th november 2019 having a booking ref no nmvl7698 the same booking was confirmed by tele calling from oyo.
As i reached to the hotel by taking public transport and my luggage to take some rest after whole day hectic works, hotel denyed to take the booking and asked me leave the hotel as they do not have tie up with hotel and don't know anything abt the booking and sked me to talk to oyo
Oyo talked with them but as hotel people already have a due payments from oyo, was not ready to give room on the agreed rent of rs. 487.00
This is the case of cheating and harassment to the customer.
I demand rs. 10, 00, 000.00 compensation from oyo for this mis leading things Was this information helpful? |
