Dear sir, i booked oyo 14676 flagship baga alchemy creek hotel from 15 th nov 2018 to 18 th nov 2018 (3 nights) & my booking id was ebvj7536 from oyorooms.com (Find attached booking copy). When i check in at hotel on 15 th nov 2018, hotel management mention same detail s in register i. E 3 nights stay and check out date 18 th nov 2018 (Find attached hotel register copy). But on 17 th nov 2018 property manager mr sunil told me that my booking is of only 2 nights and your check out is today only i. E 17 th nov 2018. I shown my booking copy although mr sunil not ready to listen to me and told me to vacant room on immediately as he had taken another booking and guest is waiting for room. I called oyo customer care number and shown my concern they told that my booking is of 3 nights and on 17 th nov morning hotel shown check out at 10.45 a. M. I told mr sunil that hotel shown check out thats way its now showing as my booking is of 2 night s only. I am out for entire day on 17 th nov 2018 and i didnt sign in register for check out than how come this possible. And customer case person also told that they send me invoice also (Find attached invoice copy). Mr sunil not ready to listen any thing and fighting with me and forced me to vacant room or else he will inform his staff to throw my luggage out and call poice as i didnt vacant room.
Dear sir, i paid full amount for 3 days and as hotel got another booking they shown me as check out and taken another booking with out my permission.
Its wrong practice and its like nightmare while having holiday with family.
I shown my grievance to customer care but i didnt get any reply from there.
Pls inter vein as such kind of malpractice never happen with again with any other guest.
