I booked oyorooms shree kanha shyam hotel from 30 dec 18 to 31 dec 18 for 2 persons in 1071 rs. Before booking hotel, i visited the hotel & met the hotel receiptionist & checked the hotel room at around 1430 hrs. After that i booked the hotel & paid the amount online at around 1845 hrs. While doing check-in at around 1900 hrs, another receptionist informed me that tv is not working since 3 to 4 days so when i asked him do you informed this message to oyorooms, he said he don't know as his boss is currently out of station.
As i already paid the amount moreover it was 1900 hrs in this chilly & foggy climate in bareilly so i thought to checkin even without tv also.
Next day morning i shocked to see that their geyser was also not working when we spoke to receptionist then he came & checked. After doing switch on & off he told me to wait for sometime but even after waiting almost 45 min we don't get hot water from their geyser which was another horrible experience & that also in that cold foggy morning.
There was no complimentary drinking water available in room. We had paid rs 30 for 1 ltr water bottle whose printed mrp was rs 20 actually.
I put all these complaints around 0830 early in the morning to oyo but i got their call around 1300 hrs after our checkout. Initially miss poonam told me that we are investigating the case and for that they took pics of water bottle where mrp was printed rs 20.
On 01 jan 2019 at around 1420 hrs i got a mail from their end in which they offered me rs 200 in their wallet instead of refunding my amount back to source account. They didn't even bothered to call me back or mail me back even after putting so many request through mail & tweet, even i attached tweets to their ceo also.
I never ever saw such a worst service provider in my whole life who can cheat to their customers like this way.
There are few points to note :
1. Why oyo receptionist didn't informed me abt the tv issue in day time before booking.
2. Why don't they offered complimentary drinking water.
3 why they took 50% extra amount above printed mrp.
4 why they don't call me even after putting so many request through mail & social network.
5 why don't oyo ceo take action against their staff for such type of their behaviour.
