This is regarding booking TIDN0729
1. First they denied checkin. The hotel address was wrong. i contacted hotel over phone, they said oyo didn't do any booking. I contacted oyo, they said they have issue and they cannot help.
Evidence : the chat where agent contacted the hotel and confirmed it was overbooked so they denied the checkin. Attached.
2. When I contacted them for refund, the agents took the bank details to process the refund. But refund was not processed. I am contacting them for last 1 month 10 days, nothing happens no reply.
When I contact why chat they ask for bank details via mail [protected]@oyosupport.com. But nothing happens. They don't refund. I have provided to them bank details multiple time when they requested.
3. I tried to escalate through [protected]@oyosupport.com, after 4 days reply comes to contact the support team again. Nothing happends.
I have attched the screenshot where agent contacted hotel and confirmed my checkin was denied as it was overbooked. I am attaching my mail conversation where I have provided my bank details multiple time when they asked.
It has been a pathetic experience, first checkin was denied. Second the refund of my money is they are not processing. The escalation mail also just ask to contact helpdesk again. Was this information helpful? |
