Dear all,
Those who have not resolved your issues i request you all to daily raise at least one complaint here so that they can take action here after and so many innocents like me should not waste their money and time.

If you dont cancel my application within 2 days
Then i will surely post these complaints and website links and all reviews to all of my whatsapp group and other social medias and i have planned to give it to news channel also

I once again request you all to help me and other innocent people.

    I thought only me got the issues but after reading many complaints from others it is very much sure that there is really some kind of serious problem with painind.com so please resolve people issues as early as possible.

    If your company really exists then please cancel my pancard application within 2 days and refund my amount or else it is considered to be fake.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I had applied for a new pan card and via application no. Bl-[protected]n, i had mailed my updated aadhar card on 7th of august 2019, but till today it is showing "application is under processing. Documents under verification". Inspite of several mail reminders, i only get a reply saying that it will take 3 - 4 days. I urgently need the pan card as the same is required by my bank. Request you to please process on urgent basis.

      I have no 10 class Mark sheet and adhar card or voter ID card k documents diye hai but fir bhi pan card nahi ban raha 1 month se jyada ho Gaya plzz give me a solution ki pan card ban jaye bss

      I had applied for name change in PAN card application, but not yet received after submitting required documents. My pan application number as above is [protected]CR.
      If applied through NSDL e-Gov, please provide the 15 digit acknowledgement number to enable us to provide further information.
      As in case of online the application of pan card charges Rs 110 but panind have charged Rs 499. So i need immediate action on it.While transaction i do not know the fees structure. So i have paid Rs 499 to the panind. If the extra money was taken then immediately transfer extra money. If possible make as soon as possible.

        I have lost my pan card six months back and applied for the same in lost pan card section in panind website. But, as i dont have some of the documents which need to be sent as part of process, i want to cancel the order. Please refund the money (499) as soon as possible. I hope you understand my situation and refund it.

        Please refund the amount of rs.499 which that i last transacted for applying new pancard, now i dont have enough datas to proceed the hard copy of details. So please refund the amount, and please cancel the application for pan. I tried many time to contact the office through mails and calls but there is no responds from anyone for long time.

          I applied for a new pan card from www.panind.com.I have received an email from www.panind.com saying that my payment of Rs.499 was incomplete, which was already deducted from my account.I dont know what should be done next.Please look into the matter immediately.Pan card urgent required for work purposes.Here is the email that i receieved from www.panind.com :

            Fraud company they are running some kind forge business in the name of providing service. It was my biggest mistake making an application here. Helpline is not working neither do they response over email. Also they are charging 5 times the amount required in advance.

            I have sent all the documents along with the form but not able to get any updates regarding the process.. this site is fake I think because nobody picks the call and no email is sent to the email is that is given.it was very urgent and it’s more than a month that I submitted all the documents.

              I applied for my pan card in the month of may and i haven't received it yet. Plus y'all have charged 300 more for the pan card. So i request you to please give me my pan card or refund the money i paid. And you customer care is totally useless. No phones are entertained plus your email service is useless too. So i request you to give the pan card or else i'm gonna file a case against you in consumer court.

                I have applied for newcard and i posted it to the address which is given while applying for the pancard and bi received a mail stating that we have received your pancard application and we are verifying your proofs and if there is any problem they told that they will contact me through my mail but it's been almost a week and i haven't received any details what should i think about this that my pancard application has been cancelled or it's in further process and they even told that if there is no problem we will further raise the ticket and will let me know to my mail id and i did not hear any information for that also.
                Kindly look into this make resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                  I have applied for new pan card in panind.com but only auto generated mails only i am receiving and my pan card status is on hold. I tried so many days to customer service one day i got the line and they told they will send the pan card but i have not recieved my pan card so is this panind.com is a company really exists or it is a fake one please let us know so that i can apply for pan card from other companies.

                          Actually i want to correction in my pan card so i choose panind for these service
                          After paid 500 bucks they inform me to send courier document i did sent but after several days of wait i couldn’t be able to find status event i did try to call there customer care number they said we will update, even i did sent several mails to them but they were fail to reply.
                          Please do some needful action against them.

                            I had applied for change of name in pan card through panind site, they charged me 499rs where as ideally it should be just 110rs. I wonder why they are charging privately for a govt work. Its just nt me anyone searching in the net for change of pancard, unfortunately its the first result to be shown, please take some action against it so that no more people are being cheated, afterall we all know the value of money, don't we?

                              I mrs. Harshali paul dadan had submitted my pan application to you and also sent you a document of pan application attested by a gazetted officer. After which i have not received any intimation regarding whether you have received my application or the process of same.

                              I have paid 499rs for lost PAN card application, they have no intention of providing service even after providing all the documents, including the PAN copy, they don't even refund the money completely, they say only 20%will be refunded, pucca fraud company, take action and help get my refund.order id-AN-[protected]LO
                              Even though mailing many times i only recieve the same mail again and again. I asked thrice about my status of pan card and there was no accurate reply to any of my mails. I have paid 500 rs nd its no joke. Whenever i call no one recieves it or evn call back!! I shouldnt have applied from here. Please help.

                                I've tried calling you since morning, dropped emails.You have poor customer care services, no response for mail, no phone calls attended.
                                Your policy's says tht you don't entertain complaints after 3 days of order, but you don't even respond to your customer's complaints within 3 days.

                                  I paid the amount for new pan card number and now i want to cancel the order and get refund, i tried to contact them but not getting them online. Poor customer support and they said refund of payment with in 3 days will be entertained and i tried to contact them after 1 day and still not getting them online.                                     My name is vishal vasantha kumar, i applied for the pancard through your website on may 6th 2019, i've sent all the documents required through speed post and mail. But i haven't received my pan card yet even after three months from applying. Will you process my application as soon as possible. If not refund the amount i paid. I also tried calling your customer care but there is no proper response. Even after this if there is no proper response i will have to take legal action against your company. Do the needful at the earliest.

                                    Panind is asking me to submit the expansion of my initials, which I have submitted already two times. And when they asked me to reply with the same details again today, I replied with the same along with a scanned copy of my initials expansion proof. But now their saying that mail can't be sent to their address. Whose fault is this. Why are you people wantedly blocking my mails. I've sent my proofs so resolve this issue soon.

                                    Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

                                      I paid the amount for new pan card number and now i want to cancel the order and get refund, i tried to contact them but not getting them online. Poor customer support and they said refund of payment with in 3 days will be entertained and i tried to contact them after 1 day and still not getting them online. The charge for applying pan card is also high. I need to get refund and cancel the order. How can i contact them faster and let them know about it and i need refund

                                        I have got an email acknowledgement from your end that you have received my documents hard copy on 27 th of july. Since i am in touch with you over the phone. Every day they're saying that my application all okay with next 2 to 3 days i will get my coupon number through my registered email address.
                                        Today it's 8th of august.
                                        Sir please look into it. It's urgent for me.
