I raised a request for my father's name correction (Ilyas mohd to mohd ilyas) and address change. For address change, i furnished the latest gas bill and for name correction, provided my aadhar card and passport. However, the communication is going in-loop without any solution.

Can someone look at the request on priority. As of now, my experience has been very pathetic as such minor changes is taking so much effort.

    I have applied for reissuing of pan card and i have also given rs.451 for the same but this is not a legal fees. Legal fees is only rs.110 (Incl. Gst). I have sent an email for refund the excess amount and for knowing of status of my reissuing of pan card and i also tried on customer care many times but could not connect as nobody picked up phone. I think this is a fraud company and i also request you to this forum to intervene into this matter and resolve my issue. My order no. Is jy-[protected]lo

      I didn't have any id proof. If by mistake apply the pan card individual please refund the amount also few details is missing the pan card. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

        I have applied for Pan Card correction. I thought this website makes online pan card but this one is a fraud website. It has taken ₹499 for Pan card correction but this is not a legal fee.
        I want my money back but they didn't have any concerns for customer care. I have called several time but there is nobody to pickup.

        Please, Make a way so that I can get my money back.

          but no response from pan india..
          there is no customer number also available for this service.

            I am yet to hear back from a Panind executive after no less than 14 mails, all of them replies to an auto-reply from Panind and still no sign of a reply let alone the refund.

              I have applied for pancard. I thought this is a website which make online pancard. But this is an offline process other site have 106.90 rupees like nsdltin and they make online pancard.
              I want my money back but they didn't have any concerns for customer care. I have mailed them 100 times but there is no reply only autogenerated mail is coming.. I have called several times but therre is nobody to pickup. I don't know how government has given them permission to loot poor citizens..

              Please sir make a way so that i can get my money back..

                I have submitted all the necessary document for my wife pan card correction. Her pan card no is eelps8724a. My payment is successfully done, and you have charged heavy amount 499 for us. Even though you have done all these why ur not able to your work properly. How many days you require to correct my wife pancard.
                I have make many mail s and phone calls it's of no use. Why ur acting like that your going to cheat us. If you can't do my work properly then return my money back. So please do in favour that to get my card correction.

                  I have applied for new pan card application through online and i was charged amount of rs. 499 and it is very high.
                  I have sent all the required documents correctly through speed post (Which costed around rs.100). Now i've got a mail that my application is on hold and there are additional documents required and i have to send all the documents again. This will again cost me around rs.100.
                  So i requested for cancellation and refund through mail. But i'm getting only automated responses. I need the full amount (Rs.499) to be refunded as soon as possible.

                    I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have with me the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

                    I just want to cancel my pan card application and refund the full amount other wise refund the extra amount that i paid.

                      I register in www.panind.com for getting a pan card on may 15, 2019. I submit my aadhaar card as proof for showing my address, my name and my date of birth. Then two weeks later they sent me a reply showing “discrepancy in application” with suggestions immediately i replied to that email to proceed with suggestions and provide me acknowledgement number. There after till date after 45 days i didn't receive even acknowledgement number thru email from panind.com. I need my pan card. I don’t know why after so many customer’s complaint consumer forum cell is not taking any appropriate action against panind.com. I request consumer forum cell to advise me further course of action so i can get my pan card as soon as possible. I also request consumer forum cell to put customer complaints status of respective website which are easily searchable on search engines so customer can decide at the time of pan application and if he is not satisfied with review he can search another website to apply pand card. I surprised why government website is not easily searchable on search engines. My pan application confirmation order id : ra-[protected]n

                        Sir/madam,
                        I have forwarded the aadhar card, again to you. Applied on may 15, 2019 order id : ra-[protected]n. I fail to understand the level of your in-efficiency, as i have not received the pan card nor there is any proper response from your end. I have forwarded you at least six to seven times the same document and even sent the same by post. Very lethargic attitude.
                        As a proof of identity i had submitted the voter id too and for address proof your annexure duly signed by a gazetted officer.
                        The government of india is requesting the citizens to apply for pan card and you are unable to process one pan card even in more than a month's time. I don't understand how such an efficient and task oriented government can appoint such inefficient agency and expect to complete their vision of new india.
                        I fail to understand your inability to read the scanned copy of aadhar card, which is very clear.
                        You are required and requested to keep the status of my application, updated, today itself and ensure i receive the pan card, failing which i will approach to the department of such lethargic response.

I tried to apply apply for pan through online application and i have also paid to application repeatedly for 3 times and they promised me to refund the amount within the 7 working days and now its been the 5th working day that no sign of payment has been done to me. Kindly make the due payment as soon as possible as i am in a urgent need of it.

                              This PANIND portal is not the official website and the customer care is not responing as per the instrications
                              So I request to refund the amount.

                                  It is one month that lapsed for reissue of pan card no afapc0178g, and everytime when i write for it, the concern just asks for waiting for 3-4 days, but the materialization is far away that i think. Anyway, it is a compulsion of the said firm to inform me the right way, and not giving of vague assurance. The positive answer from the firm is at this hour the utmost need, as living without a pan card keeps me in a shrunken condition.

                                    I have applied for pan card on 09 may 2019 application order id no m[protected]cr online on http://panind.com but even after lapse of 03 months did not receive my pan card or any reply from there side. I have sent all the documents detail but they did not sent me any verification about this. They have charged me rs 500/- inr each but now they did not reply for my emails and not pick up my calls. I have not complaint for money but i have complaint for their poor services. Please do needful action against them. My itr is held up for want of amended pan card

                                      Dear sir / madam,
                                      I had submitted annexture-a with my aadhar card photo copy for my pan correction (Ta-[protected]cr) attested by a govt. Officer. But now the officer is refusing to give me her id card photo copy. She says me that she can not possible to give the same. As a result how i possible to get the pan card. Please late me any alternate way.

                                      Panind customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      We have provide all the details and proof but they have not provide any proper reply and pan card

                                      Last one 2 month i have treble with this guys.
                                      Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

                                        Had requested for a duplicate pan card since more than 5 months ago, documents were sent by courier as well and the money was transferred instantly vide paypal to their account for the services but there has been no sight of any communication from them with regard to issuance of duplicate pan card.
                                        Feel that the sight is all fake and should be barred from further usage by any consumer.
                                        Panind customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
