I register in www.panind.com for getting a pan card on may 25, 2019. I submit my aadhaar card as proof for showing my address, my name and my date of birth. Then two weeks later they sent me a reply showing “discrepancy in application” with suggestions immediately i replied to that email to proceed with suggestions and provide me acknowledgement number. There after till date after 60 days i didn't receive even acknowledgement number thru email from panind.com. I need my pan card. I don’t know why after so many customer’s complaint consumer forum cell is not taking any appropriate action against panind.com. I request consumer forum cell to advise me further course of action so i can get my pan card as soon as possible. I also request consumer forum cell to put customer complaints status of respective website which are easily searchable on search engines so customer can decide at the time of pan application and if he is not satisfied with review he can search another website to apply pand card. I surprised why government website is not easily searchable on search engines. My pan application confirmation order id : ra-[protected]n
Now they (PAN IND)have given a coupon no:G[protected], which, when inquired from UTI was made to understand that they(PANIND) have not uploaded the documents.
Very Lethargic attitude.
I humbly request consumer forum cell to advise me further course of action.
I require the Pan Card by the end of this week.

    Hello sir I have applied for pan card in panind website.i paid 499 rupees online.still they have not issued coupon code.no progress for more than 10 days. I want my pancard immediately else refund my money.my order I’d is TA-[protected]N.they are not responding any phone calls or emails.i suspect them to be fake.already I found lot of people complaining on this forum.hence kindly take serious action on them as they are irritating people and cheating them.

      I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

        I have paid 499rs for lost PAN card application, I provided all the documents I had but they seem to come back stating different documents which I don't have, they have no intention of providing service even after providing all the documents, including the PAN copy, they don't even refund the money completely, they say only 20%will be refunded, pucca fraud company, take action and help get my refund.order id-AN-[protected]LO

          I have applied for duplicate pan card against list one on 5.07.19 and rs 499 paid.
          Relevant documents sent by courier on 07.07.19
          On filthy ground of madhyamik mark sheet where no dob is written but in admit card it was clearly stated.
          I am a central govt officer and working since 1989. My pay slip also attached where dob and date of retirement is clearly mentioned.
          Till then it is not issued.
          Panind is a fake authority should be penalised and my amount should be immediately refunded.

            Sir,

            Your phone is never attended. No feedback about the compliant is given. Are you doing service free of cost. You have already taken more money than government sites.

            Please ensure updation in the uti site, without fail and reminders.

              Respected sir/mam,

              I initiated lost pan card request from panind. I paid a sum of rs 499. Due to the high turnaround time, i cancelled the request and asked them to refund the money back.

              I didn't even heard back from them. I was thursday, when i cancelled the request and have sending emails to them but i didn't got any reply from them apart from the auto generated email.

              My payment id is [protected]. Kindly look into this request and help me in getting back my money-rs 499.

              There is no response from PANIND.Can you please look ito this issue faster as it has been more than 3 weeks now.
              Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

Why such lethargic and incompetent agencies are permitted to deal with Public and cheat us.I need my pan card, as I am not interested in refund and all, after wasting almost 3 months.                 on 29/6/2021
                They state they have received hard copies and PAN CARD will be received in 2 to 3 weeks
                Then when I checked the status it shows incomplete and they have asked to upload scanned documents
                No proper information and only misleading

                    Dear sir/ma'am,

                    I have applied for pan card through panind and have charged rs. 499 for the same, whereas as per government policy the charge is only 106 rs. I called them up and asked for refund, they told me to mail them, to which an automated response was given. Today is the 5th day, i have not got any response nor anyone is picking up my call.
                    I am person with limited income, hence request you to kindly take action on the same and help me in getting the refund. Such companies is making fool of the people and the way they have constructed their website, seems to be government portal.

                        I applied for a new pan with panind.com since i lost my purse. I had paid 500 for this service.in just two days i retrieved my lost purse and informed panind to stop the application and to help me with my refund but their customer service is complete #! No one reverted back till date. I applied like 4 months back and no response still. Why does anyone let such a fraudster company run?

                              I have applied for my pan card in the month of June, 2019 and today is 1st August and I did not receive my pan card. I have paid Rs 550 for the same. This company Pan Ind have sent me tracking details but the information is absolutely not correct and I cannot track my pan card also. I applied for the PAN card on the first week of June and constantly tried to call them, sent them email but they do not receive calls and they give standard email reply and my problem is not yet solved even after reaching out to them for multiple times.

                                  Hey, my name is karan shyamnani. I applied for new pan card in which i didn't filled the exact address which is given in my aadhar card so i want to cancel my pancard order as i haven't filled the exact address which is given in my aadhar card so please cancel my pancard request and refund the money amounting 499/- so i can apply for new one with the correct address. Please kindly help me with this. My pan card order id is ka-[protected]n. Waiting for your response i hope you'll solve my problem and refund my money back, please do it fast, thankyou so much.

                                  It has been more than 3 days i haven't got any reply. I need Pancard asap as it is important for some work purposes but bymistake i didn't filled the exact same address which is on my Adhaar Card, that's why i have to cancel my PanCard Order and need refund to order again with the correct exact informations which are on my Adhaar Card. Please respond to my complain. Thankyou. 🙏
                                  Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
                                  NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care, Sorry for my late reply as the time i was opening this page it was showing error that's why i didn't knew that there's any reply on this. Please tell me what to do now Panind is literally making fool of people by charging them 499 rs. for pan card and donot even replying to the complaint. I really need my money back please help me. And not just my money but we had to something to make the people aware about this site as they are making fool o[censored]s they're just charging three times more than what they should charge and they can also misuse the details o[censored]s which can be very dangerous. Please help me getting my money back as i can't even get my pancard after paying 499rs. also as i haven't filled the exact same address so it will get rejected.

                                      I applied for a new pancard for my wife today. We are currently living in bangalore, so i gave my bangalore address as i thought its for communication only. But after that i noticed that our home address in kerala is on her id proof (Adhaar card). Please refund the application payment as earliest possible to re-apply
