I attempted to deposit $100 into my Parimatch account, but the funds did not appear in my account despite following all the instructions. I contcted customer support and provided all the necessary evidence, but the money still hasn't been credted. This has caused me frustration, given my active engagement with the casino. If the issue is not resolved, I will be forced to look for an alternative, as such treatment of customers is unacceptable. Therefore, I am appealing to the Parimatch management to resolve this situation and credit my money. I have all the necessary proof.

Complaint marked as Resolved After lengthy discussions with customer support, I was able to reach an understanding with the representatives of Parimatch. As a result, my funds were credited, and I was also given 50 free spins on my bonus balance. This pleasantly surprised me, and I am satisfied that the issue was ultimately resolved.
