It just pisses me off when the platform freezes, especially at the moment I place a bet! It's so inconvenient and annoys me to no end. I don't even know how to contact support, but something definitely needs to be done about it, otherwise it's just unbearable to play! I've already restarted my computer, but that did nothing to solve this problem.

The situation changed when the technical support team from Parimatch contacted me the same day. They provided me with remote assistance and within 20 minutes we were able to solve my problem. I am grateful for their promptness and quick response!

    I have been using Parimatch services for a long time, but since yesterday I faced a problem - my account is blocked. On the login page I get a message about blocking, but the reasons for this decision are unknown to me. After contacting the support team, I still haven't received a clear answer to the question about the reasons for the blocking. Frankly speaking, I am disappointed with this turn of events after a long cooperation with Parimatch. If I have committed any violations, I have the right to know about them. My dissatisfaction is not only with the work of the support team, but with the actions of the company as a whole. How can I trust them now after this?

    A day later, I received an e-mail reply to my appeal, which explained the reasons for blocking my account. It turned out that the blocking was due to the fact that I had created an additional account for convenience, but did not take into account that it violated the rules of using the service. The support team asked me to select my main account (it was unlocked) and the second account was permanently deleted. I hope that I will learn a lesson from this situation and will not make similar mistakes again, and maybe my experience will become an example for other users.

      I am facing difficulties in depositing funds to my Parimatch account in India. Some payment methods are not available, others are blocked by my bank. I think that updating the list of available payment methods on your website would be extremely helpful. I hope you will take this information into account and make the appropriate changes.

          It's been a few days waiting for the deposit to be credited and I found out that I am not the only one who has encountered this problem. I hope that Parimatch will take the necessary measures to resolve the situation and improve the deposit process to prevent such delays in the future

                  Very dissatisfied with the current situation: it's been a week and my 10000 rupees have not returned to my account. I contacted Parimatch support service, but there are no results yet. I hope the problem will be solved promptly and my experience with this bookmaker will be more positive.                       For the last four days no funds have been received in my account. Judging by the information from the support service, this may be due to delays, which they have been warning about for several days now. Given the previous problems with withdrawal, I expected that Parimatch has already fixed all the shortcomings. Even with a small last deposit, losing money is a serious concern.

                        Global Brand, Local Issues

                        Interface problems: inconveniences with the display of some elements on the Parimatch site hinder comfortable use, and even after attempts to clear the cache the problem is not solved. Given the global status of Parimatch, I expected a smoother and more intuitive work on the site. I hope that technical difficulties will be eliminated soon....

                        Parimatch fails to process my 17,000 withdrawal

                        I am now having serious problems with my withdrawal on Parimatch. Did I have 17, 000 stolen from me or is the refund process so badly delayed. This is the third day I have been waiting but no change. This is unacceptable and I hope that Parimatch will take action to resolve this situation. Otherwise, I will go to court....

                        After a few days of no response and seeing negative feedback, I noticed that I had been written to by Parimatch themselves, here on the site. After sending a reply and describing my problem in detail, to my surprise, I received a response in a few hours. In the end, the money was successfully returned to my account, and it turned out that the problem was caused by incorrectly entered data.

                          Efficiency matters
