Delay in Passport

We have applied three passports,my husband's renewal, my dughter's fresh passport and mine for name and adress change on 30 oct 2007 through file no Z086379,Z086364 and Y 009856.
Police verification was done in mid december.Our online status is also clear on passport site. I had made several calls on their helpline no but all in vain. I have spend thousand rupees in calling them.Due to this delay our US trip was cancelled....

Difficulties in getting passport of our 7 months old kid
