I have ordered for paytm fastag on 19 dec 2019 for my uncle's car form my no. And its received by my uncle on 22 dec 2019 at his house address. He visited outstation by his car imposed with received tag by paytm. But the toll balance has been detected form my own account not from my uncles account. Hence on 23 dec 2019 i requested paytm fastag to change registered number of that particular fastag and received ref. No.[protected] stating that my problem will be resolved within 24 hrs of complaint but i do't get any call or response from paytm fastag for next 48 hrs. Then i again on 25 dec 2019 complaint on their paid no. ([protected]) then again i got new ref. No.[protected] stating same as problem will be solved within 24 hrs. But no action has been taken till now of i. E. 09 jan 2020 i have mention all complaint no. From starting till now ref. No.[protected] on 30 dec 2019. Case id[protected] on 05 jan 2020 and case id[protected] on 09 jan 2020.
But paytm fastag is not taking and step on every call it just say that your complaint will solve within 24 hrs plz wait... I have also submitted all documents asked by paytm fastag representative on their app.
