I'm a frequent commuter on mumbai - nashik expressway. There is two toll plaza in this highway arjunalli toll plaza and ghoti toll plaza. Toll to be paid at arjunalli toll plaza and on ghoti toll plaza you have to show the toll receipt. While coming back to mumbai you have to pay toll on ghoti toll plaza and on arjunalli toll plaza you need to show the receipt. This is the way it functions. But on[protected],[protected] &[protected] while i'm travelling from mumbai to nashik toll collected on both the toll plazas. But this issue never happened while my return journey. I had a bad experience when i raise the complaint at paytm payments bank (Customer care [protected]). Poor responses from the executive. They not even know the procedure and they doesn't have a senior person available on the floor. At least 10 times i have called customer care for my issues, when i asked the executive to connect my call to a senior person i have got the reply that senior is not available. I've asked paytm to call back thru email and messages but never responded. I've got the mail from paytm care that your issue had taken up and it will get resolved in 40 days.
Now i understand this will be a never ending story because this will happen in future also and again i have to raise a complaint and again i need to wait for 40 days. Is this a joke? Why they can't resolve in 24 hours? If fastag system is not fully proven then how this get implemented in national highways? Was this information helpful? |
