Paytm Fastag — fastag not working since day of purchase.

I purchased paytm fastag on 15th dec 2019 and the order no is [protected].

The fastag is showing no data and it is just a useless sticker.

Since last 20 days i am regularly calling paytm toll free no but nobody is able to resolve the issue.

Have submitted all necessary documents but paytm team is useless.

I want full refund for this useless fastag.
