I placed an order for fastag on 12th nov 2019 (Order id [protected]) and shared all the details and rc copy and paid inr 500 for the same. It was suppose to be delivered to me by 25th nov 2019. But till now i have not received it yet neither do they have an update on the same. After certain follow up they came back and said that due to insufficient information they were unable to process my order and requested for rc copies again.
