Paytm Fastag — I have not gone anywhere and my toll deducted

Hi,
I have not gone anywhere due to Lockdown and i got a message today this message
(Paid Rs 90.0 toll for DL9CAA8883 at Kachkoot on 18 May 2021, 06:16 AM. TxnId: 0010002105191109275806.)
I have not gone anywhere..please solve the issue and refund the amount.. and please help my that who is using my fastag ...please reply ASAP
