Paytm Fastag — paytm fastag blacklisted last 20 days and email phone not respond

Hello,

The following 2 hashtags were issued, among which status of one (Tag id 34161fa820328e40046babe0) is currently closed. The other one (Tag id 34161fa820328e400231ea40) shows status issued, and when i try to use it in toll gate, it shows an error message "blacklisted". I do have sufficient balance in my paytm wallet. Please check and resolve the same as soon as possible.
