I have applied for paytm fastag on 13th nov.
Till date i didnot receive the fastag. Upon following up multiple times, i get an answer that says we are doing our best to deliver it quickly.
The phone number for fastag is never reacheable.
Order id : [protected] - this is always in "waiting courier pickup"
I got the awb tracking number from ecom - [protected].
When tracked, it shows that the pickup is rescheduled everyday. It has been more than 20 days now that it is stuck.
When contacting ecom, it says contact the online shopping.

When i reachout to paytm, they are keep on giving me the old - returned AWB for tracking, which is useless.
