Had purchased fasttag from paytm on 17 dec 2019. Hve still not received it. Gets delayed every 2 days. They post a message every 2 days telling that you will receive it in 2 days but they keep postponing it. Tried calling on helpline no and sent messages also but did not receive proper response.. They are total frauds.. A week back 75 rs wer deducted from it at ahmedabad toll. Tried calling paytm but they say its in transit. No response from them. Complete cheats. I have to cross daily two toll plazza and i am giving double charges
